Room With A View

WELCOME to the 2014  #AtoZ Blog Challenge

Inspired By My Pinterest Boards:  This Year’s Category is GARDENING

Stepheny stood looking out the French doors into the garden. It was one of those memorable late spring mornings she wished could last forever. Lush and green, the boxwood looked tidy, the gravel paths raked and pristine. For now, even the occasional insects that flew indoors were welcomed. She dreaded the summer heat that would necessitate closing the doors. Music swelled as the Rachmaninoff Piano Concerto-No.2 came to an end. The guests would be arriving soon expecting brunch and a guided stroll through the gardens. Why not begin the tour here at the French doors allowing everyone to enjoy the room with a view.

If I had a room with that view, I would stand there all day and nothing would get done.

  3. Beautiful! Would love to have a room with that view..♥

    • If I could I would see that you have one. The two of us will have to use our imaginations and in a quiet moment, take ourselves off to such a place. Come back ad visit again when you can.

Love those beautiful French doors for starters, but the garden beyond beckons.

    Thanks for visiting me earlier.

  6. I would have liked to take that stroll as well!
