Here at the start of 2015, I have created a new blog category. Each Monday I am posting one of my favorite quotes. Join me for a spot of inspiration, a chuckle, or a sigh when you say, “Oh, I love this.”
“Sometimes, you read a book and it fills you with this weird evangelical zeal, and you become convinced that the shattered world will never be put back together unless and until all living humans read the book.” John Green, The Fault in Our Stars
We have all felt this way, haven’t we? The first time I read Ian McEwan or Jane Gardham, or the other authors I have written about on this blog, I wanted everyone to read their work. I think writers hopes to create something that would make a reader feel this way. I would love to know which book/author you want the world to read. Please leave a suggestion as a comment.
